Terms of Service — Weather Publisher (YouTube API Services)

Weather Publisher is a personal software tool owned and operated by Jeff Lutz, publisher of ministry-weather.com (“Ministry Weather”). The tool is used solely by its owner to publish his own weather videos to his own YouTube channel (@JeffLutz).

  1. Purpose. Weather Publisher connects, with the owner’s authorization, to the YouTube Data API and uploads video files and captions that the owner provides. It is not offered to the public, and no third party may use it.
  2. Content. All videos, captions, and other material published through Weather Publisher are the owner’s own content. The owner is solely responsible for that content and for complying with the terms of each platform to which it is posted.
  3. YouTube terms. In connection with YouTube, Weather Publisher uses YouTube API Services. Its use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and data handling by Google is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
  4. No warranty. Weather Publisher is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The owner makes no guarantee that uploads will succeed or that any platform’s API will remain available.
  5. Changes. These terms may be updated at any time; the current version will always be posted at this URL.
