It’s been awhile. 5 months to be exact. With Mary and I on the Great American Loop, I couldn’t make the time to do the weather and continue to cruise. I thought about doing it in the evenings, but I was usually too tired after traveling all day, then anchoring, tying up to a mooring ball, or docking at a marina. So I stopped. I’m sorry if you missed out on the weather. However, things have changed.

Our generator began to have issues and we are running low on money. So we found a marina that allows live aboards, and we could stay as we earned some cash, and got things fixed. So in the meantime, I’m doing the weather again. I’m going to have to see if I can keep this going while we are traveling by car as well.

I’ve decided that I’m going to concentrate my weather forecasting on the Myrtle Beach, SC area, since we settled there, always keeping an eye on N Michigan and S Texas two places that I love. I’m also going to continue to track the tropical systems, as we weather out the season. So by next year (May, 2027) the hope is to get moving on the Loop again and cross our wake by July of next year, or a little later.
