Some new goals

j0312654In an effort to get my health back on track, I am beginning to set some goals.

  1. Walk 5 times a week.
  2. Run 5 times a week.
  3. Hike the North Country National Scenic Trail in Charlevoix County.
  4. Hike the North Country National Scenic Trail in Emmet County.
  5. Go back to North Manitou Island, this time for a week.

That’s good for now.
