Some new goals
In an effort to get my health back on track, I am beginning to set some goals.
- Walk 5 times a week.
- Run 5 times a week.
- Hike the North Country National Scenic Trail in Charlevoix County.
- Hike the North Country National Scenic Trail in Emmet County.
- Go back to North Manitou Island, this time for a week.
